What is Aerogel?
Aerogel is an advanced material originally developed for aerospace applications and used by NASA in space exploration missions. Composed of over 90% air within an ultra-light nanostructure, it dramatically reduces heat transfer through conduction, convection, and radiation. Its microscopic porous network traps air while minimizing thermal bridges, creating exceptional insulation performance at minimal weight.
This unique thermal dynamic structure makes aerogel an ideal breakthrough solution for next-generation cold-weather apparel.
Our Breakthrough
However, aerogel’s air-like density makes it extremely brittle and difficult to work with. After years of research and trial, we developed a way to embed aerogel into fibers without breaking its structure, preserving its exceptional insulation while adding flexibility and durability.

Our Story
The Beginning of Innovation
With years of expertise in woven textile development, our team began exploring the next generation of high-performance insulation materials after studying aerogel — a cutting-edge material originally developed for aerospace applications. In November 2022, we officially launched our R&D project to develop aerogel insulation, marking the start of our journey in technological innovation.
Breakthroughs & Challenges
In 2023, we focused intensely on integrating aerogel into fibers. Due to its brittle nature, many early integration methods failed to come into fruition.Through continuous working with experts and testing of composite structures, bonding techniques, and fiber blends, we refined our technological approach. Finally in December 2023, we achieved our first viable method for integrating aerogel.
This critical breakthrough allowed aerogel to retain exceptional thermal performance while offering flexibility and structural stability, marking the product’s transition to a commercially viable stage.
Production Line Redesign & Upgrade
To support the large-scale production of aerogel insulation, we fundamentally redesigned and systematically upgraded our traditional nonwoven equipment and restructured our production flow, establishing dedicated processing stations and quality control systems. Through optimized production processes and standardized technology, we achieved stable and controllable performance parameters as well as scalable manufacturing capability. In this year, we officially took the first step in transitioning from the R&D stage to commercial production.
Market Validation & Performance Leap
In 2025, we actively participated in trade shows and successfully gained recognition from our first core customers.
Driven by market feedback and iterative development, we comprehensively upgraded our product performance. Our thermal resistance and insulation efficiency reached one of the world’s leading levels, while compressibility, water resistance, and breathability and comfort were all significantly improved, further strengthening our technological advantage.
Global Expansion & Continuous Refinement
In 2026, we will continue participating in international trade shows and expanding our global market presence. At the same time, we are continuously refining product structures and processes to improve thermal performance and cost efficiency.
